Terms of Service

By accessing or using the HedgePoint platform operated by Y-COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED t/a HedgePoint ™ ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Y-COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED t/a HedgePoint ™.

HedgePoint is an AI-powered FX risk management platform that enables users to upload, parse, and manage foreign exchange trade confirmations and hedge portfolios. The platform provides:

• AI-powered document parsing and data extraction from trade confirmations
• Hedge book management, portfolio dashboards, and exposure analysis
• Hedging policy formation, documentation, and back-testing tools
• Rate monitoring, barrier tracking, and smart alert notifications
• KYC/AML onboarding workflows and audit reporting
• Multi-client, role-based portfolio management for advisory firms and treasury teams

Access is organised into role tiers (such as administrators, dealers, analysts, and read-only viewers), and the features available to you depend on the role assigned to your account.

Access to HedgePoint is by invitation only. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update such information as needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or platform systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell or redistribute the platform without our written consent

The HedgePoint platform, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Y-COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED t/a HedgePoint ™. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform.

By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the platform services to you.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise clients, data processing is further governed by our Data Processing Agreement. We are committed to GDPR compliance and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

HedgePoint is a risk management tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information, valuations, analytics, policy recommendations, and scenario outputs presented on the platform are for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as advice or as a recommendation to enter into, hold, or unwind any transaction.

Rates, mark-to-market figures, exposure calculations, and pricing outputs are indicative and may be derived from third-party market data or approximation models. They are not a quotation, an executable price, or a confirmation from any counterparty. You are responsible for verifying all figures against your own records and your bank or broker before acting on them.

While we strive for accuracy in our AI document parsing, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all parsed and extracted data before relying on it for any business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y-COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED t/a HedgePoint ™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
