Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the HedgePoint platform provided by Y-COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED t/a HedgePoint ™. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access.

The HedgePoint platform is designed for legitimate FX risk management activities, including:

• Uploading and parsing FX trade confirmations and related documents
• Managing hedge portfolios and monitoring exposures
• Generating reports and analytics for internal or client use
• Setting up alerts and notifications for FX events
• Multi-client portfolio management by authorised advisory firms

You must not use the platform to:

• Conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or financial regulations
• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts without authorisation
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform access without written consent
• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime
• Transmit unsolicited communications or spam through the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

When uploading documents to the platform:

• You must have the legal right to upload and process the documents
• Documents should contain legitimate FX trade data relevant to your business
• Do not upload documents containing personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for trade processing
• Ensure uploaded data complies with any applicable data protection requirements

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Do not share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions at our discretion:

• Warning notification to the account holder
• Temporary suspension of platform access
• Permanent termination of the account
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to info@hedgepoint.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
